Masha Feigelman, Head of Organisational Design

Masha is an organisational design advisor to the Clinova board. She is a former Partner in McKinsey & Company, where she built up the healthcare restructuring and transformation service in her capacity as a global leader, including setting up Russia’s McKinsey Healthcare Practice. Her work at McKinsey spanned multiple sectors, with the bulk of her time spent in Healthcare and Retail. Masha has supported organisational transformation and built new business, including service lines for McKinsey. She has specific, current expertise in building culture, top team alignment, organisational design and development, and incentive and performance management; and has long been committed to talent development and diversity initiatives. Masha has supported international expansion strategy and implementation for several fast-growth companies, having worked with VCs and their portfolio companies to develop organisation development blueprints. Masha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Brandeis University. She has dual UK/Russian citizenship and resides in London with her husband and two children.
