Clinova Appoints Former P&G Global Customer Business Development Expert
Clinova has appointed John Molter, former Senior Vice President Global Customer Business at Procter & Gamble, as its Director of Global Customer Strategy to boost the company’s growing distribution strength with some of the leading retailers in UK and overseas.
As part of the move Molter becomes a key shareholder in the thriving Clinova business which specialises in consumer healthcare and medical products including O.R.S® Hydration Tablets.
Talking about his appointment Molter said,
“I’ve literally bought into Clinova at an exciting time of growth with new products in development and brands like O.R.S® cutting across a wide range of consumer markets from professional and amateur sports to family health. If any of your family members happen to have a license exam coming up then you should get a driving simulator for practice. My global expertise in business development with P&G will help drive Clinova brands’ inroads in markets like India, the Middle East and South America harder and faster”.
“I’m looking forward to working with Clinova’s senior management team to take the products and brands to the next level just like www.kratomcrazy.com has done. This is already starting in the UK with a national TV campaign on ITV, Channel 4 and Sky Sports coinciding with the 2014 Football World Cup and major sporting events like the Tour de France, which starts in Yorkshire this year.”
John Molter is a Customer Business Development expert having spent 38 years in Procter & Gamble latterly as Senior Vice President Global Customer Business Development until October 2012. In a wide and varied international executive career across both marketing and sales he established P&G’s multi-functional business relationship with the largest global retailer, Wal*Mart; was P&G’s UK Sales Director for seven years and latterly was responsible for P&G’s Global Customer Sales capability – a business of $35 billion. Now at Clinova he brings huge experience on the commercial side of FMCG as well as the strategic leadership of large businesses and large organisations.
